I rent the entire house and garden ( large garden)
you will get access to the entire house, huge terrace, Garden, pétanque. ( Note : The Spa is not include in the rent, only accessible during winter period ( November - March) - it is not accessible during spring summer and autumn period ( April - October)

Mas d'Estieu POLICIES
- Maximum of 10 guests Ideally maximum of 8 adults & 2 Children
- No smoking Inside the house
- No pets large or small
- No parties or weddings - never more than 10 adults allowed in the premises at one time
- Noise to be kept to a level that is consistent with a residential area.
- Bond is fully refundable after check-out provided Mas d'Estieu Policies have not been breached and there has been no damage to the house, its gardens or its contents.

Mas d'Estieu caretakers live only a short distance from the house and ensure that the house is clean and well stocked and that the policies are being adhered to by our guests. our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility

On the ground floor
- Lounge, Dining room with large table for 10/12 people, Large corner sofa, suspended wood stove, satellite TV.

- Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, electric oven, large fridge, large pantry (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave)
all appliances are recent and quality. The kitchen and its dining area communicate directly with the living room for an optimal user-friendliness.

- Toilet in the entrance. - Separate library with fireplace.
- Master bedroom with bathroom and toilet and direct access to the garden and pool, with private terrace. King size bed 180 cm, wardrobe. room equipped with a portable Air conditioner , Fan & mosquito nets
- In an outbuilding, the heated Jacuzzi Spa that can accommodate 6 people with shower, toilet, view on the garden ( Note : The Spa is not include in the rent, only accessible during winter period ( November - March) - it is not accessible during spring summer and autumn period ( April - October)

4 bedrooms, all with views of the garden, the pool and the Luberon. Bedding mattresses and linens are new, of very high quality and comfort.

- Linen, towels and bath towels are provided.

- End of stay cleaning is included in the rent. A cleaning option is also possible during your stay.
- The Mas is fully heated in winter
